No Refunds or Returns (Except for Defective Items)
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection
- Customer preferences
Refunds are only allowed if the product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.
If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@novablooms.store with photos or a video showing the issue.
We will review your case and, if approved, issue a refund or send a replacement.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
Contact us immediately if the item is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect
This helps us evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Personal care items and beauty products
- Custom or personalized items
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards
Because of hygiene and safety, all beauty and personal care items are final sale.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges unless the item is defective. In that case, we can send a replacement at no extra cost once the issue is verified.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Notice
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.
This does not apply to:
- Opened beauty products
- Used items
- Items not in original packaging
Refunds under EU law still require the item to be returned unused and in its original condition.
Refunds for Defective Items Only
If your refund for a defective item is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
